FAQ
Answers to common questions about the Peer Support Readiness Review and working with Peerakeet.
Who is Peerakeet for?
Peerakeet supports organizations serving people around behavioral health, recovery, stress, or high-risk transitions. This includes colleges and universities, health systems and clinics, community mental health and recovery organizations, insurers, and employers. It is typically led by wellness, behavioral health, student affairs, HR, or care coordination teams.
Why is the Peer Support Readiness Review paid?
The Review provides a clear, defensible recommendation before resources are committed. It is designed to prevent misaligned or failed pilots by offering independent, evidence-informed guidance tailored to your population and constraints.
Are we required to use Peerakeet after the Review?
No. The Review is platform-agnostic. Peerakeet may be one option if a pilot is recommended, but there is no obligation to proceed.
How much time is required from our team?
Minimal. One intake form, about 30 minutes, and one 30-minute call. All analysis and synthesis are handled by Peerakeet.
How does Peerakeet handle safety and compliance?
Peerakeet is a peer support platform, not therapy. It is built with clear boundaries, moderation, and escalation pathways. Legal, privacy, and compliance considerations are reviewed up front, with an institution-first, risk-aware approach. Insights shared with organizations are aggregated and de-identified.
Pricing and timeline
The Peer Support Readiness Review is $499 for a single population and site and is completed within 7 business days once payment and intake materials are received. $199 of the fee may be applied toward a Peerakeet pilot. Custom packages are available for larger or multi-site organizations.
